Bloodlines & Banners — End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Synprax Labs LLC ("we", "us") and

governs your use of the Bloodlines & Banners software, including any client you download or

install (web build, desktop, or mobile). It works alongside — and does not replace — our

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, we grant you a personal,

non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use one copy of the

Game on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This

license does not sell you the Game — we retain all ownership.

You may not, except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction (e.g. EU

interoperability rights):

copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game or your

license to it;

reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, or attempt to extract its source code;
modify, create derivative works of, or remove/alter any proprietary notice from the Game;
use the Game to build a competing product, or extract its art, audio, or text for use outside

the Game.

The Game — its code, art, audio, music, narration, video, and text — is owned by us or our

licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Historical facts, public

domain figures, and event names are not our property; our specific depictions and the software are.

We may issue updates, patches, or new versions. Depending on the platform, updates may install

automatically. This EULA applies to all versions and updates unless a new version supersedes it.

The Game may include open-source or third-party software components, licensed to us under their

own terms. See LICENSES.md for full attributions and licenses.

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with

any term, or if we discontinue the Game. On termination, you must stop using the Game and destroy

any copies in your possession, without prejudice to any rights we may have.

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by

law. Our total liability for any claim arising from this EULA is limited as described in the Terms

of Service §8.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws in using the Game, and confirm you

are not located in, or a resident of, a country or on a list subject to relevant export

restrictions.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (the home state of Synprax Labs

LLC), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
